We would like to apologise on a little error regarding the closing date on the forms. The closing date is 27th June 2007, not 23rd June 2007 as stated on both the team and individual forms. However, existing forms that has already been printed is still valid for submission.
Again as a gentle reminder, late entries will not be accepted. Thank you and apologies for any inconveniences the error has caused.

For the individual form, the parent's approval. Some of my friends are from overseas with no guardian, parents to sign, but are 18 this year. can we leave that part blank?
Yes, as they are 18.
