DEAR ALL
That time has arrived again, and this year, COPAIBA 2009 will be a changed format -
We gather with purpose of a difference - for a refreshing time of brethren fellowship. The games this year will be for us to encourage one another as fellow Believers in the body of Christ and renew friendships and relationships in the church. And this is not just for the "youngies" but also for the "oldies", for EVERYONE to meet with one another and to build each other up.
Apostle Paul exalts the work of Christ in us by saying: "If you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from HIS love, if any fellowship with the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and purpose." Phil 2:1-2.
So we lift up this year's copaIBA to The Lord and declare, "...there is but one GOD, the Father, from whom all things came and for whom we live; and there is but one Lord, JESUS Christ, through whom all things came and through whom we live".
