1) How to obtain registration forms?
--> Download from website http://copaiba.blogspot.com/ or
--> Get hardcopy from Zone Rep
2) How to submit registration forms?
--> Email your completed forms to ibayouthdev@gmail.com & cc to Zone Rep or
--> Hand your completed forms in hardcopy to Zone Rep
3) How to make payment?
--> Cash/Cheque to Zone Rep (cheque payable to 'Residential Bible School' & write your Church and team name at the back of the cheque)
